What data FYPNova collects, why, and how you stay in control of it
In plain words
We collect what we need to make your videos, take payments and keep the site running. Your photos and videos are private to your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not train AI models on your photos.
Who is responsible
FYPNova, operating fypnova.ai, is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@fypnova.ai.
What we collect

We never receive your full card number. Stripe handles it.
How your photos are handled
- Your photos are uploaded to our storage on Cloudflare.
- They are sent to the AI image and video model providers we use, only to produce your video.
- The finished video is stored in your account. Only you can open it, through links that require you to be signed in.
We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not show them publicly.
Who we share data with
Only with the companies that help us run the Service, each under its own privacy and security terms:
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and file storage
- Stripe: payments
- Our email provider: sign-up confirmations and password resets
- AI model providers: generating your videos
- Analytics providers: understanding how the site is used
We may also share data when the law requires it, or to protect our users and the Service from fraud or abuse.
How long we keep it
- Account details: as long as your account exists.
- Photos and videos: as long as your account exists, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Logs: a short period, then they are deleted or aggregated.
When you delete your account in Settings, your account data is removed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email support@fypnova.ai and we will answer within 30 days. You can also delete your account yourself in Settings at any time.
Children
The Service is for adults only. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold such photos, we delete them.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on their standard safeguards for international transfers.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
