Terms of Service

The short version

You must be 18 or older to use FYPNova.
Only upload photos you are allowed to use, of people who said yes. Never photos of children or public figures.
Videos are paid for with credits. A failed video gives its credits back.
Unused purchases can be refunded within 14 days.
We remove videos that misuse someone's likeness as soon as we are told about them.

The full terms below are what actually applies. If anything in this summary seems to conflict with them, the full terms win.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

FYPNova ("we", "us") runs the AI viral video generator at fypnova.ai (the "Service"). These Terms of Service apply whenever you visit the site, create an account, buy credits or generate a video. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

You choose a video template based on a trending clip, upload one or more photos, and AI models produce a short video with the people or pets from your photos. Because the output is generated by AI, it can differ from the example clips and will never be perfect in every frame. We may add, change or remove templates and features over time.

3. Your account

You need an account to generate and download videos.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
Keep your login private. Anything done through your account is your responsibility.
One person per account. Do not share or resell accounts.

4. Photos you upload

You may only upload a photo if all of the following are true:

You own it or have permission to use it.
Every person in it has agreed to appear in an AI video. You confirm this each time you generate.
Nobody in it is under 18.
It does not show a celebrity, politician or other public figure.
It is not sexual, violent, hateful or meant to harass, defame or impersonate anyone.

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us a limited permission to store and process them for one purpose: making and delivering your videos. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

5. Videos you generate

Subject to these terms, you may download, keep and share the videos you create. A few things to keep in mind:

Templates are inspired by public trends and may include music or other material owned by someone else. We do not grant you any license to that material. If you use a video commercially, clearing those rights is up to you.
Do not present a generated video as real footage of a real person who has not agreed to it.
You are responsible for what you post and where.

6. Credits, plans and payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Credits. Every template shows its price in credits before you generate. That amount is deducted when the video starts. If the video fails, the credits return to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be moved to another account.

Credit packs. One-time purchases. Credits from packs do not expire.

Subscriptions.

Plans renew automatically every month or every year, depending on what you picked, until you cancel.
Each month you receive the plan's monthly credits, including on yearly plans.
Monthly credits last until the end of that billing month. Whatever is left does not carry over.
You can cancel any time in your account settings. You keep access and your current credits until the paid period ends.
Upgrades are charged the prorated difference right away and add the extra credits for the current cycle. Downgrades start with the next billing period.

7. Refunds

If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying.
Once any credits from a purchase are used, that purchase cannot be refunded, and we do not refund part of a pack or the remaining days of a billing period.
When we refund a payment, the credits it added are removed.
Email support@fypnova.ai to ask for a refund or to report any billing problem.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

8. Reporting a video

If someone made a video with your face without asking, or a video infringes your rights, write to support@fypnova.ai. Include a link or description of the video, what right is affected and how we can reach you. We look at every report, take down content that breaks these terms and may close the accounts involved.

9. Things you may not do

Overload, attack, scrape or reverse engineer the Service.
Get around payments, credit checks or usage limits.
Use automated scripts to create accounts or videos.
Use the Service for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account for a serious breach, unused credits are not refunded.

10. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running and to make good videos, but we cannot promise that every generation will succeed, look exactly like the example or be available at all times. FYPNova is an independent product and is not affiliated with any artist, record label, film studio, social network or other AI video company.
